2018 Heart Walk (SPWA Team)
Please join us for our SPWA Networking for A Cause and Outreach Community Service Heart Walk: Saturday, November 2nd.
Click here to join the SPWA in walking for the cause. If you cannot walk on that day please consider donating to the cause instead. We would love to have a big turnout for this event so consider coming out and getting to know others on the team and just having a great time, while making a difference in someone’s life. Last year was so much fun!
**SPWA meet-up time & location: 2 Nov @ 0930. at the Smithsonian Castle, also known as the Smithsonian Institution Building. The walk begins at 1000.

The Logistics have already been establish:
I suggest we meet at the Pentagon as a group and catch the Metro BLUE line to the Smithsonian at 9:00 am. Now for those coming from a different directions who prefer to drive and park or will be taking a different Metro line, the final meeting spot is listed below with directions to our meeting point.
Walk location: The National Mall at 10:00 a.m.
SPWA meet-up time & location: 9:30 a.m. at the Smithsonian Castle, also known as the Smithsonian Institution Building
Suggestion: Please wear a Red T-shirt or Sweat shirt your choice depending on the weather.
Length: 3 miles you don’t have to walk the entire walk if you can’t, whatever is good for you.

1. Take the orange/blue/silver line train to the Smithsonian metro stop
2. Take the exit for 12th St & Jefferson Dr, The National Mall
3. Walk straight out and in 100 feet, make a left on to 12th St NW
4. In 300 feet, make a right on Jefferson Dr SW
5. In 600 feet, the Smithsonian Institution Building (Castle) is on the
